Affordable Pool Care & Repair is a small family owned business. The company is owned by Nathan Van Horn and his wife Angela Castaneda. Nathan has twelve years experience in swimming pool maintenance and repair. He has worked for two large service companies in Arizona and now has the experience to start his own business. Angela has a degree in accounting and business management, she has also been trained in pool service and minor repairs. Nathan and Angela also have four sons, they will be helping during vacations and summers from time to time. We decided to start our company due to previous customer complaints, quite a few people that Nathan used to service had complained about how the company started providing service versus how it has digressed, which is the standard complaint of most pool owners. Customer service seems to be missing in the back yards and that is our top priority. If you are not happy with your pool, you will not be happy with your service. We expect your head to be as clear as your pool. |
