FULL SERVICE: 95.00 per month 1)Brush and/or vacuum walls, stairs, tile, and pool floor wkly 2)Skim pool for debris, surface & floor 3)Clean all baskets & hair pots 4)Water Analysis & Adjusting: pH, alkalinity, & phosphates- Chlorine, muriatic acid, soda ash added as needed (Any chemicals other than chlorine & acid needed will be distributed at clients expense) (Problem pool will be an extra monthly charge) currently15.00 5)Filter Backwashing: As needed, average every 4-6 weeks (D.E Filters), Weekly (Sand Filters), and 3-4 times per year (Cartridge Filters) D.E filters will be recharged with D.E powder as needed 6) Inspect all pipes and equipment for cracks and damage 7) Client will be notified of leaks, broken or damaged equipment Client will be notified when equipment needs to be serviced (Equipment service, and repairs will be a separate charge, payment for such instance must be made day of service or repair) CHEMICAL ONLY SERVICE: 55.00 per month This service offers weekly chemical analysis and refurbishing of chemicals and inspection of equipment. Some full service customers switch to chemical only service in the winter months. *Discounted monthly rate for contract holders. REPAIR SERVICE: These are customer only rates. Labor fees: (Replacement parts will be charged accordingly) Equipment replacement 75.00-125.00 (motors, filters, pumps etc) Equipment replacement (rebuilt) 90.00-145.00 Re-plumbing/Leak repair 50.00-85.00 You will have the choice to buy new or rebuilt equipment there is a 6 month difference on warranty life. Payment for such service is due day of repair BEFORE job will be started. If motor/pump you purchased fails contact us immediately and we will replace part accordingly. A 35.00 charge will apply for replacement service. Payment must be received before replacement part is delivered to you. All services will be preformed by the company owners. The occasional "little helper " will accompany techs during vacation and summer. Ours is a family owned business we have four boys that will be a tremendousness addition to our gowning company in the future. |
FILTER TEAR-DOWN/GRID OR CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT: Filters can get impacted with partials of debris that have been filtered threw the system, this can cause weak filtration and debris to blow-back into the pool. This service provides complete disassembly and pressure washing of filter. 75.00 includes disassembly, assembly, cleaning, and recharging. Replacement parts will be charged accordingly. (125.00 for non-customer service.) 
GREEN TO CLEAN SERVICE: (10-19 to 10-26 pictured) INCLUDES GRANULAR/LIQUID ALGECIDE, PHOSPHATE REMOVAL, FILTER CLEANING, VACUUMING, BACKWASHING, AND BRUSHING OF WALLS AND FLOOR DAILY UNTIL POOL IS CLEAR AND RID OF ALL CONTAMINATES. (1-2 weeks depending on pool) STARTING AT 145.00 WITHOUT EQUIPMENT REPAIR OPTIONAL SERVICES: ALL ADDITIONAL CHEMICALS, EQUIPMENT SERVICES, AND REPAIRS NEEDED WILL ALWAYS BE DISCUSSED BEFORE ANY CHARGES ARE APPLIED *Tile Cleaning/Calcium Removal -currently 23.00 per hour/per person This is a weekend or scheduled 2-3 day service depending on the extent of the calcium build-up. Company will ONLY work this job 3-4 hour per day (depending on weather conditions). This service includes all materials and labor. *Party-Prep/Clean-up -currently 65.00 includes before and after visit and additional chemicals. This service will only be provided with a weeks prior notice. Payment due date of service. *Vacation Service -currently 86.00 per month this is neither a month to month nor a annual contract. April 01-September 30 totaling 516.00 per season or October 01-March 31 totaling 516.00 per season. Payment for such service is due in full date of start up.*Upon cancellation client must give written 30 day notice. (Military Specials-Negotiable)
*Clean & Treat -currently 70.00 includes additional chemicals and visits. The need for additional cleaning & treatment during the monsoon season or after extreme acts of nature such as sand storms or flooding can harm your pools clarity and cleanliness, the growth of algae can be rapid and spread threw out your pool and it system. The Clean & Treat service will take care of your pools needs. We will clear your pool of seasonal algae twice a year, once in the summer and once in the winter. This process is at the companies expense at these specified times only. Should the problem continue it will only be remedied at the clients expense. |
